We appreciate your interest in the Utility Telecom Forum, and your decision to submit a speaking proposal. We are seeking high-level executive speakers (C-level, VP, Director…) who are extremely knowledgeable and comfortable delivering presentations of a technical, infrastructural and regulatory nature. Survey results from prior events tell us that Forum attendees prefer either high-level, technical & marketing presentations OR concrete, market specific deployment presentations. They expect to dig deep into the practical application of each technology.

Please be advised that we receive many applications for speaking opportunities and cannot accommodate all requests. Also please be aware that many of our sessions may be presented in a panel format and/or may feature multiple speakers. The decision to feature multiple speakers in any session is at the sole discretion of Forum organizers.

If we select your proposal, you will be notified and speaker kits with deadlines and requirements will be sent to you at that time. If you are interested in selling or promoting your company’s products, please feel free to inquire about exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities that we will be posting on our website shortly  – not just for the Forum, but for supporting the Pennsylvania Wireless Association, our focal point for ongoing industry news, insights, thought leadership and advocacy in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

If you have any questions regarding the conference and speaking opportunities, please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to seeing your proposals.
Regards,
Pennsylvania Wireless Association
