I just wanted to take a few moments to thank all of the courageous members, panelists, moderators and keynote speakers who braved the weather to attend the Pennsylvania Wireless Association's SmartGrid forum in Hershey PA on January 26-28.  I hope you enjoyed the format, meals, content and networking as much as I did.

The event joined the wireless and utility industries together to engage and learn about SmartGrid and how SmartGrid will benefit the wireless industry in the future.  The fact that there will be a drastic increase in machine to machine wireless communication to help the utilities manage their service is an incredible growth opportunity for the carriers and wireless industry as a whole.  The panels and educational session were packed with the highest quality content by some of the collective industries top leaders in their respective disciplines.

The forum has motivated the PWA to take advantage of some of the panelist and  moderators and make these discussions available in future smaller sessions across the state of Pennsylvania.

The PWA took advantage RCR and their technological abilities and had live video stream for the members and registrants who were stuck at home due to the blizzard could watch and participate.  It was exciting to receive emails from the members who were watching remotely.  Jim, Mario and RCR, thank you for pulling this together and making it happen in such a quick time frame.

I would like to extend sincere congratulations and thanks to Doug Barnett and his team for creating  an extremely informative learning experience and forum for the wireless industry.    This event was well run, organized and heavily supported which directly correlated to the success of the program.  Thank you Doug!

Thank you to all of our sponsors who continually support the PWA and our efforts to provide top quality events in a safe and friendly environment.  These events would not be able to come to fruition without your support.

I welcome any feedback, both positive and negative, at anytime.  Please feel free to contact me at cpleibel@primuselectronics.com or 610.745.4491 to discuss your suggestions and thoughts. We cannot get better without your participation and feedback.
